Claypot's special recommendation, Hong Kong style frozen dim sum series. All dim sum products are hand crafted by seasoned dim-sum chefs.  Only fresh, high-quality meat and ingredients are chosen to ensure the unique taste and texture. Frozen right after to preserve the freshness.  

To assure consumer safety, our dim sum products are processed in a Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) licensed and monitored facility along with a strictly enforced HACCP* program. 

*HACCP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product.
